Cancellation Policy

At Flipzik, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your order. We have developed the following cancellation policy to provide clarity and ensure a smooth process:

Order Cancellation:

a. You can cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it.
b. To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team and provide your order details.

Same-Day Delivery Orders:

a. For same-day delivery orders, cancellation requests must be made at least 3 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time.
b. If the cancellation request is received within the specified timeframe, we will process the cancellation and provide a refund.

Same-Day Delivery Orders:

a. For pre-order and scheduled delivery orders, cancellation requests must be made at least 6 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
b. If the cancellation request is received within the specified timeframe, we will cancel the order and refund your payment.

Refund Process:

a. Once your cancellation request is approved, we will initiate the refund process within a reasonable timeframe.
b. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method or in the form of store credit, depending on your preference.
c. Please note that the processing time for refunds may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution involved.

Late Cancellation or No-Show:

a. Cancellation requests received after the specified timeframes may be subject to a cancellation fee.
b. In the event of a no-show or failure to cancel within the required timeframe, the order will be considered fulfilled, and no refund will be issued.

Please keep in mind:

Cancellation requests are subject to verification and approval by Flipzik.

If any items have already been prepared or dispatched for delivery at the time of cancellation, they may not be eligible for a refund.
In the case of perishable goods, cancellation requests may not be accepted once the items have been prepared or are in transit for delivery.
